CORNIX describes products in terms of what they are developed and supplied to do. We avoid claims we cannot support with documentation, and we use careful language, "designed for," "supports," "where applicable," precisely because it is accurate.
Accurate documentation
Product documentation is prepared to reflect each product family faithfully. Product compliance requirements and documentation vary by product family, project, and region. Supporting documentation is available on request, where applicable.
Product compliance requests
If your project requires compliance documentation, submit a request identifying the product family and, where possible, the CORNIX part number and destination region. Requests route directly to the CORNIX compliance channel.
Responsible sourcing expectations
CORNIX communicates responsible sourcing expectations across relevant supply relationships and continues to develop how those expectations are documented and reviewed.
Confidential handling of project information
BOQs, specifications, and project information submitted to CORNIX are used to review and respond to the relevant inquiry, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.
Fair commercial conduct
CORNIX competes on product direction, documentation, and service. We do not mispresent competitors, and we expect the same standard of fair dealing across our commercial relationships.
